The Loon's colorway is inspired by the Minnesota State Bird (Loon). There wasn't any real inspiration for the Safari's colorway. Though, the brown and black print was inspired by the 1987 Nike Air Safari. Both were Quickstrike releases and may still be available at your local skateshop.
