New images emerge from an old Nike SB 'Hay' Sample that floated around 2006. The inspiration for this SB comes from The Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote of La Mancha. The design and colorway represents his Quixote travel and journeys stomping through hay and mud.
The inside tags show that these were a weartest sample so may have not been released due the unspoken rule that every shoe that Nike makes must be able to go through a washing machine and stay intact.
